Who we are

Blizzo is an AI film and content production studio run by Rahul Maniar.

What we collect

If we email you about our work, we hold your name, work email address, job title and company. We get this from business contact databases and from your company’s public website. We do not collect anything about your personal life.

Why we use it

We use it to send you a short sample film made for your brand and to follow up about it. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: contacting the right person at a business about a service relevant to their role.

Who sees it

For our emails, only the tools we use to send and store email (our email sending platform and Google Workspace). For our website, Netlify (which hosts the site and stores its data) and Anthropic (which draws scenes typed into the box). We never sell your data.

Visitors to our website

If you type a scene into the box on our site, we store what you typed, with the date and time, so we can improve the site. We don’t store who typed it. If neither our own word bank nor our saved drawings can draw it, the text is sent to Anthropic (the company that makes Claude) to draw the scene. Text that matches our list of blocked words is never sent.

To limit how often the box can be used, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with the times you used the box. We never store the IP address itself, and the scrambling changes every day.

Typed scenes are deleted after 12 months. The scrambled usage records are deleted after 2 days.

We don’t ask for your name or email on the site. The site is hosted by Netlify, which also stores the data above for us.

Where it is processed

In India and in the countries where those tools operate.

How long we keep it

Until 12 months after our last contact with you. If you ask us to stop, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we don’t write again.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Reply “no” to any of our emails, or write to founder@blizzo.ai, and we will act on it promptly.

If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO at ico.org.uk).
